Since it's water it's renewable. Water is in snow,ice,rain and sleet. Whenever it snows, and after the snow melts the water goes into the river and makes more water in the river to make more energy produced by the turbines or the tidal fences. When it pours water hits the water compound(rivers,oceans,channels,lakes,ect.) The water then reaches the fence or turbine and produces energy to power houses and schools. Ice and sleet do the same thing as snow and rain. They get to the water compound and provide more water to the fences or turbines that produce a great amounts of energy.
